Authors

Natacha Rubinovicz was born in 1979, in Paysandú, Uruguay. She is a chemical engineer graduated from the Universidad de la República (Uruguay) and has a master’s degree in Financial Management from the Universidad de Barcelona (Spain). She obtained the Project Management Professional (PMP®) certification in 2011 and is a Certified Scrum Master (SCM).

She has led complex projects in the oil and gas sector, the chemical industry, and the financial and governmental fields. For more than fifteen years she has been leading innovation in complex organizations, modifying processes and implementing cutting-edge technologies with multidisciplinary and virtual teams. She has designed different models of knowledge transmission, both face-to-face and virtual, to ensure the implementation of change in organizations. She teaches at Project Management Latin America (PMLA).
